Problems with my email

Here's a brief troubleshooting guide to setting up email. 99% of all email issues result from improper settings on the client's email program. Here's some screenshots for Outlook Express email properties.

1. Make sure your domain has fully propagated to your account here.

2. Make sure you tick the box that says "My server requires Authentification" as follows:



3. Make sure you have your full email address as your username here:



4. Make sure you have the correct domain name in the mail.yourdomain.com:



(5). Make sure you have the correct password that you entered when setting up the account:



If you have checked all your settings and your email is still not working, open a ticket at our Customer Service Center and we'll troubleshoot the issue for you.
